Hi,

 

Is there a way to change the time and date from US to NZ time?

May I know where exactly you would like this change to be reflected and the expected result?

The days and hours in the reports appear to be all wrong as we are on NZ time (New Zealand)

The tickets show as created on Sundays when it is our Monday and the time of day they are created is also incorrect tickeys show in the report as created outside of our business hours
